There are a lot of reasons why an employee submits his notice of resignation. This becomes the official letter that telling his intent to leave his current job. Change the Wordings on the Sample Letter
The changes that should be made were already noted in the parenthesis. Make sure that you delete these notes before printing and handing out the letter of resignation to your boss.
And even if the reason for resigning is not really that gracious, always see to it that you state a positive way why you want to leave the company. Never leave words like “I hate my job” in your letter of resignation. Always use a neutral reason such as “I will get more working opportunities and be a part of a more exciting field” or “I will cut my commuting time by an hour or two everyday”.
